Owen Altraide
Chairman/Chief Executive Officer
Owen Altraide is a Harvard trained Public Policy expert with a Masters in Public Administration
with specialization in
Financial Institutions and Macroeconomics. He was an Edward Mason Fellow of Public Policy and
Management at Harvard University. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Arthur Andersen & Co and holds a Business bachelor’s and an MBA,
both from the University of Nigeria.
Owen has deep and broad Accounting, Auditing and Business
Consulting experience
gained from Arthur Andersen & Co, and cutting-edge Financial Services Industry knowledge gained
from working in the
banking sector of the financial services industry for over fourteen years. He left banking as a
Deputy General Manager
mid 2005. He was admitted into the International Who’s Who of Professionals in 2005.
Owen, at various times, had full responsibility for core retail and corporate banking functions that included, in the retail
sphere, Area Manager of branches in Lagos/Western Nigeria, and, in the corporate banking sphere, Project Finance and
Advisory Services; Corporate Finance; Energy and Structured Finance, and managing relationships with Multilateral
Financial Institutions and Export Credit Agencies. He was selected to represent Nigeria during the Fall 2000 Best and
Brightest African Bankers training programme funded by USAID during which time he had training stints with Chase Bank, New
York; Mellon Bank, Philadelphia, and Multilateral Financial Institutions in Washington DC
Owen also has over fourteen years of Oil and Gas industry exposure with Chevron where he was involved in Commercial and Business Development
Advocacy, and, Drilling / Completions and Logistics Contracts Management, Compliance Management and Business Services
Management for the Supply Chain Management Division.
Owen is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of
Nigeria; fellow of the
Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria; holds a Professional Certificate in Supply Chain
Management from Arizona
State University, and is also a certified member of World Commerce and Contracting (formally
International Association
of Contract and Commercial Management - IACCM)
Owen loves mentoring, listening to music and travelling.
Martins Udeh
Advisor on Operations
Martin Osita Udeh, is an Advisor on Operations to Micusta Concerns Ltd. He attended the Business
Management program of
The University of Bolton, UK.
Martin has vast knowledge of Marine Logistics, having served as
Logistics and Materials
Coordinator, as well as Company Representative, for Alliance Marine Services LP, in Port
Harcourt, and Warri, Nigeria.
Martin possesses hands on experience, unique skills and competencies that are readily deployable
in Coordination and
Command and Control of Vessel Movements to various FPSO’s and platforms, and Helicopter
crew-change. His contributions
to seamless FPSO, and platform campaigns, ensured no downtime was recorded in Marine Logistics
Operations to support the
operations of multinational companies.
Martin served as Logistics Coordinator, managing the
Supply Chain functions of
Integrated Supply Chain Solutions Ltd. His responsibilities here included, but were not limited
to, the supply of
petroleum products to international oil companies. Provision of vessels, sourcing local crew,
stacking, storage,
inventorying of materials and expanding business prospects by managing relationships with
clients and gaining
competitive industry insight.
While at Prime Sources Ltd. Martin worked closely with CMES
Engineers, and Chevron
Logistics, Escravos, as Logistics Coordinator for Prime Sources Ltd On EGP-3B PP Mode. He
coordinated, in conjunction
with Chevron Logistics, Escravos, the command and control of vessel movements to various Chevron
platforms and the
day-to-day vessel reports as well as the day-to-day account of the number of crew aboard various
vessels at Chevron
Platforms using a well- designed format prepared by Chevron Logistics, Escravos.
Asides from
this, Martin possesses a
flair for problem solving and has flexibility to adapt to new demands and challenges cutting
across industries in
administration and supply chain roles.
Martin has attended key training programs that are
relevant to safe and reliable
business operations such as Chartered Institute of Supply Chain Management, Ghana, a training
program under the auspices
of Material Academy, in Lagos; Business Ethics; Introduction to Ship Chattering and Ship
Brokering Practice; Master
Course in Logistics and Supply Chain Management; Document Management and Document Control
Essential Training; Executive
Diploma Operations Management, and A-Z Business Processing Systems.
At his past time, Martin
loves reading and
brainstorming.
Ijoma Okonya Onumonu
Advisor on Business Development
Ijoma Okonya Onumonu is an Advisor on Business Development to Micusta Concerns Ltd. He holds a
Bachelor’s degree in
Agricultural Economics from the University of Nigeria, and is a seasoned financial and policy
expert with over 30 years
of diverse experience garnered from his career engagements with the financial services industry
and the oil and gas
sector national content regulation in Nigeria. Ijoma is vast in credit risk management, policy
formulation, and
strategic leadership. He consistently leverages his extensive expertise in credit analysis and
policy implementation to
drive excellence and strategic growth.
Ijoma was the Zonal Coordinator, South East, for the
Nigerian Content
Development and Monitoring Board (NCDMB) from 2010-2016. At NCDMB, he was responsible for
establishing the zonal office
in Oguta, Imo State. He handled liaison between the governments in the eastern states of
Nigeria, and the oil companies
within the Region. He drove the implementation of NCDMB’s policies and programmes in the South
East zone, and played a
pivotal role in the preparations for the establishment of an industrial park. He is skilled at
bridging communication
between government entities and private sector companies.
Ijoma also worked with Sobai Nigeria
Ltd, where he was the
General Manager responsible for business development, and procurements for supplies to oil
producing and servicing
companies, and government agencies.
Ijoma has strong banking sector exposure gained through
working at various
departments and functions at Allstates Trust Bank Plc from 1990 to 2006. At various times, he
was responsible for branch
management at Abakiliki, Idumota, and Eleme business offices. He was also involved in bank-wide
on-site reviews and
monitoring of Risk Assets, and appraisal and recommendation of credit products and risk assets.
While with the bank,
Ijoma was a major resource in business development, with key job responsibilities for marketing
of new accounts,
management of existing relationships, and structuring of credit facilities.
Ijoma loves
reading, and playing golf and
table tennis at his spare time.
